It was nice.
The location was fabulous. The staff was very nice.
The room had no air conditioning. It was also facing the front of the hotel and there is an outdoor eating area there so there was very loud noises all night long and into the morning hours. Could not get a good night's sleep. If there was air conditioning, we could have closed the windows and that might have helped. Also, the rooms had no wash cloths! The breakfast was mediocre. Same items every day and the coffee was awful! they need to brew coffee not use those awful machines.

Staff were excellent, rooms were well sized and clean, good choice at breakfast, really good location with walkable tube and train stations.
